Professional profile

What I can take ownership of.

I connect business goals, technology, people and execution. I can define the problem, secure alignment, manage delivery and stay close enough to the work to judge whether the result actually succeeds.

Selected outcomes

Responsibility grew because the work delivered.

01

IT transformation

Connected business needs with ERP, commerce, logistics and data systems, including the move from NAV 2009 R2 to Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud.

02

Global digital commerce

Progressed from European e-commerce responsibility to global leadership at a Boston-area headquarters, leading two Scandinavian consumer brands.

03

Business analysis

Worked closely with every company function to understand workflows, expose operational problems and translate requirements into practical system decisions.

04

Independent product growth

Built MBTIID as a full-stack product and reached approximately 130,000 users in its first two months through Korean SEO and organic sharing.

IT leadership · Business analysis · Executive advisory

I translate between the company and the system.

As an IT manager and director, I worked closely with every function in the company. I mapped business needs, understood operational friction and translated those realities into requirements that vendors and technical partners could deliver.

I led projects by connecting people who spoke different professional languages: executives, finance, logistics, warehousing, marketing, customer service, e-commerce and software specialists.

I also advised the CEO on technology investments, vendor decisions, project risks and priorities across IT and e-commerce. My role was not merely to explain technology. It was to build the business case, clarify the tradeoffs and secure alignment around the right decision.

What I can do now

From decision to working reality.

Lead IT and business systems

Own business-critical systems, vendors, security, roadmaps and operational continuity while keeping technology connected to real company needs.

Connect strategy and delivery

Operate as business analyst and project leader between executives, internal teams, software vendors and implementation partners.

Build and grow digital commerce

Lead Shopify, international operations, SEO, analytics, conversion, content, email and the systems behind customer delivery.

Apply AI and automation

Find places where AI, Power Automate, Zapier and new workflows can improve speed, quality, creativity or commercial value.

Challenge technical decisions

Evaluate vendor proposals, clarify tradeoffs and protect the long-term interests of the business instead of accepting technology at face value.

Work hands-on when needed

Contribute directly across web development, servers, databases, integrations, analytics, photography, video and creative production.

Independent ventures and applied work

I also build outside formal roles.

Independent projects show how I work when there is no established organization, team or roadmap around me. I identify the opportunity, build the product, learn the audience and take responsibility for whether it grows.

Creative work spanning running campaigns, active-lifestyle photography, emotional storytelling, brand film and an actively developing practice in AI-assisted imagery and video.

A defining career moment

My work created choices on both sides of an acquisition.

After leading e-commerce for two Scandinavian brands from their Boston-area headquarters, both acquiring companies offered me roles because of the work I had built.

The founder and majority owner of a listed Swedish brand group later met me at our Beverly, Massachusetts office and personally invited me to move to Sweden in front of the executives present. It remains one of the strongest professional recognitions of my career.

European E-commerce Manager

Exceeded the original role by delivering web and server development faster, with stronger performance and less vendor dependence.

Global leadership in the USA

Within the first year, the CEO invited me to relocate with my family to the Boston area and lead global e-commerce for two brands.

Recognized through acquisition

Both brands were acquired and both new owners wanted me to continue. Senior acquiring leadership also invited me to relocate to Sweden.

Director-level responsibility

Responsibility expanded across e-commerce, IT, digital marketing and creative content because I repeatedly demonstrated value across each function.

E-commerce, IT and content leadership

Led international commerce, business systems, technology projects, vendors, budgets and content operations across Europe and the United States.

What I do when nobody asks me to

Development does not stop when work ends.

During demanding periods of my career, I continued using evenings, weekends and holidays to challenge my mind, body and creativity. These are not decorative hobbies. They are evidence of how I approach unfamiliar and difficult problems.

Grit

I continue through failure, repetition and difficult periods instead of treating early difficulty as a verdict.

Curiosity

I deliberately choose intimidating abilities because I want to understand what human focus can make possible.

Analytical creativity

While solving a 10×10 cube, I recognized the final-stage pattern and independently developed my own algorithm instead of looking one up.

Continuous development

Evenings, weekends and holidays became time for classical piano, memory training, blindfolded cubing, fitness and other demanding practice.

Professional presence

Comfortable across technical, executive and international settings.

Applied AI

The goal is not AI adoption.
The goal is useful value.

I use AI to accelerate product development, analyze information, automate repetitive marketing work and expand creative possibilities. The value comes from selecting the right problem, directing the tools and judging the result.
